Criminal justice clients often need drug treatment because of their problems with drug and alcohol abuse. Due to the nature of the criminal justice system, there are specific steps and guidelines that must be completed in order to be admitted into a criminal justice substance abuse rehab facility or recovery program. The initial step is to determine the criminal justice clients eligibility.
